Competition Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are in relation to the Silkari Suites At Chatswood’s ‘WIN a TWO-Night stay at Silkari Suites At Chatswood’. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Silkari Suites At Chatswood, ABN 72 636 098 845, location 88 Archer St Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia.
3. Employees of the Silkari or other participating brands or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. Children under 18 years must have the permission of their parents.
5. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

Promotion date:

6. Promotion commences 02  September 2024 Monday and closes 11:59pm AEST on 30 September Monday (Promotional period). The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message one week after the period closes on 07  October 2024.

Inclusions

7. The promotion includes the following: Main Prize: Two-night accommodation in a One Bedroom Exclusive at Silkari Suites At Chatswood with complimentary undercover parking.
8. The promotion does not include spending money, insurance, or money for any other incidentals or damages on the item.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. If for any reason a winner does not redeem a prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
11. Total prize pool value is $550.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless stipulated otherwise.
12. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

How to enter:

13. To enter, (a) eligible entrants must tag TWO (2)  friends within the same comment on the Instagram post by Silkari Suites At Chatswood about the competition or tag EIGHT (8) friends over FOUR (4) comments for FOUR (4) entries, (b) follow Silkari Suites At Chatswood Instagram page (@silkarisuitesatchatswood ), and (c) for past and current Silkari Suites At Chatswood guests, they can earn an extra entry by posting photos and/or videos during their stay at the hotel and tagging @silkarisuitesatchatswood as well as #Happy8thBirthdaySilkari in the post. For this extra entry to be eligible, the Instagram account must be a public profile.

The Winner and General Terms

14. The winner will be contacted by Silkari Suites At Chatswood by Direct Message through Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, the promotion will be run again to find a replacement winner.
15. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
16.The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any Social Network. You are providing your information to Silkari Suites At Chatswood and not to any other party or promoter included in the competition.
