The Exclusive Use Package provides you with private use of the Resort and its facilities for your entire stay at one price.

The package includes private use of the accommodation, carpark, pool, spa and BBQ areas.

Your private party will have the entire resort to yourselves and will not be disturbed.

Our friendly team will be there on your arrival to welcome you as the Host of your party and to hand over the room keys and a safety briefing on the Resort.

We will then farewell you on your departure to collect the room keys.

You have total flexibility on how many guests you would like (up to 40) and where you would like them to sleep with-in the Resort.

50% non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.

Full non-refundable payment is required 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Full payments not received 90 days prior to the event, the Exclusive Use Booking is automatically cancelled, and rooms are made available for public sale. The 50% Non-Refundable deposit is withheld.

Full non-refundable payment is required for bookings made with-in 90 days.

A security deposit is taken 72 hours prior to arrival.

Exclusive Use rate is quoted at the time of booking and is subject to availability.

A rooming list is required 7 days prior to arrival, with adjustments allowed 12 hours prior to arrival.

For the consideration of our neighbours the Hotel has a strict no excessive noise policy, which includes a loud music policy. No noise or music should be heard from outside of the Resort.

All damages and breakages must be paid for.

What do I need to do if I am arriving outside of Reception Hours?

There is a safe located at the entrance to the Reception area. If guests advise they will be arriving outside of reception hours a code will be given to the safe. Inside there will be a welcome letter, directions to your apartment and your keys. Guests may then officially check-in the next morning.

What do I need to do if I am departing outside of Reception Hours?

If you will be departing outside of Reception Hours, please see the reception team to notify us & finalise your bill in the afternoon before your departure date.

Please leave your key in the drop box located at the front of reception for collection on your departure. If there is anything outstanding left on your room account, it will be charged to the credit card provided.

What are the opening times for the Pools and BBQ area?

The BBQ’s and Pools are open from 7am-9pm each day

How do I arrange Airport Transfers?

We can arrange airport transfers from Cairns Airport to Silkari The Pavilions Port Douglas. The charge for this service is $51.60 per adult and $25.80 per child (2-11 years) each way. A family of 2+2 is $139.30 or a family of 2+3 is $162.30 each way. Infants 23 months and under travel free of charge. The trip takes about 1 hour and must be booked in advance. Flights arriving very late may require a private transfer. These costs are available on application. Costs are subject to change by the operator.

From the 1st of April 2024 the charge for this service is $56.00 per adult and $28.00 per child (2-11 years) each way.  A family of 2 +2 is $151.70 or a family of 2+3 is $176.70 each way. Infants 23 months and under travel free of charge.

If you wish to secure a booking for an airport transfer, please e-mail us on reception.thepavilions@silkarihotels.com.au and provide us with the booking name, arrival date, flight details and the number of passengers travelling. If there are children travelling, their ages as well. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Is there Parking Available?

There is complimentary undercover parking available.

The car park is based on availability at the time of arrival and is recommended for smaller cars only.

Is there a guest Laundry?

Yes, there is a coin operated laundry on-site (washing machine and dryer) with clothes airers available in the apartments.

Are the apartments serviced daily?

The apartments are self-contained and are only serviced for guests staying 8 nights or more. A mid-stay clean will occur in this instance.

Daily servicing may be requested at an additional cost.

Is the Pool and Spa Heated and Cooled?

For your comfort the lap pool and spa may be heated or cooled depending on the season and weather.

Is there a local shuttle service in Port Douglas?

As you are in the heart of Port Douglas it is unlikely you will require a shuttle service, however, there is a local shuttle service around Port Douglas that operates from 7.00am until well past midnight so a car is not really needed. Casual trips are from $6 per person or multi-day passes are available. Costs are subject to change by the operator.

How far is Silkari lagoons from the beach?

Four Mile Beach is a 5-minute walk.

Are there any restaurants within walking distance?

Silkari The Pavilions Port Douglas is located in the centre of Macrossan Street, with an abundance of dining and entertainment options at your doorstep.

HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL

If driving yourself, from Captain Cook Highway you turn right onto the Port Douglas roundabout, exiting left on Port Douglas Road which turns into Davidson Street; take Davidson Street to the end; turn left into Macrossan Street.

Silkari The Pavilions Port Douglas is on the left on Macrossan Street between Owen Street and Grant Street.

Alternatively, the Hotel can organise a shuttle which will meet you at the airport and bring you to our front door (Bookings required and charges apply).
