What are the reception hours?

Reception is manned –

Monday to Sunday – 6.30am to 8.00pm

Outside of these hours any telephone calls will divert to the afterhours number, where you will be assisted.

Check-in time is from 2.00pm

Check-out time is prior to 10.00am

What do I need to do if I am arriving outside of reception hours?

If your scheduled arrival time is outside of the reception hours, please contact the hotel and they will advise you of the arrival procedures and relevant access codes.

Alternatively, the hotel will contact you if you have not arrived before reception closes. 

What do I need to do if I am departing outside of reception hours?

If you will be departing before 6.30am please see reception to notify us and finalise your bill in the afternoon before your departure date.

Please leave your key in the drop box located at the front of reception for collection. If there is anything outstanding left on your room account, it will be charged to the credit card provided.

Are the rooms serviced daily?

Rooms are serviced daily except Sunday and NSW Public Holidays.

Additional amenities may be supplied after hours, on Sundays and Public Holidays by contacting reception.

What size beds do you have?

The Hotel offers luxurious queen size beds, unless otherwise specified.

Do you have rollaway beds?

All the rooms have a maximum capacity of two people in a queen size bed.

Do you have Interconnecting Rooms?

As the Hotel is a Victorian boutique Hotel, all the rooms are individual and do not interconnect with other rooms.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please check the specific cancellation policy in your agreement with the Hotel or third-party booking agent.

In general, reservations must be cancelled 24 hours (1) day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s accommodation. For Advance Purchase bookings – the cancellation must be made fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge will occur.

Chatswood train and metro station or the bus interchange is only 550 metres away or an 8-minute walk.

If walking from the station, walk to the end of Victoria Avenue, turn left onto the Pacific Highway and then turn left onto Centennial Avenue.

Sydney’s CBD is only 15 convenient minutes away via the metro or train, along with links to the Domestic and International airport terminals.

If driving south on the Pacific Highway turn right into Oliver Road, right onto Whitton Road and then left onto Centennial Avenue.

If driving north on the Pacific Highway turn left directly onto Centennial Avenue.
